Troy helped me get a great deal on my first house. Troy knows the western area of the Denver metro area very well, and got me thinking about what to look for in a house before we even stepped in the first showing. He was examining the exterior and looking for details that showed how previous owners took care of the property. When we found one we liked, he negotiated with the owners and we had a successful inspection resolution and closing. Thanks Troy for getting us in a new home! Would definitely recommend.
