Troy is everything a courteous and pleasant home-buyer wants in a realtor. He’s super knowledgeable, really nice, and most importantly very straightforward. I met him a couple years ago as my landlord, during which time he was really forthright with his expectations and what he does and doesn’t like and it was more of the same buying a home with his help. He advocated for being honest and not playing the negotiating game with folks who were keen on doing the same. Because of the honesty, integrity, and persistence on his part, buying a house was so much more comprehensible than I, a first-time home-buyer, thought was realistic (especially in the Denver market). Hes a true, stand-up fella, and I can’t recommend him enough.
